Sometime your Pen-drive get corrupt and showing its memory to like 1 MB or other little amount rather than its actual memory size. So in case your Pen-drive is not ready to throw in dustbin. This issue can be resolve. Yes! you heard right you can fix this issue using command prompt in computer system.

So fix this issue follow these steps carefully 
Step 1 :  
       Insert your corrupted Pen-drive into computer system.

Step 2 :
       After successfully insertion of Pen-drive press windows button and search for CMD(command prompt).
OR
Simply click on start button and search command prompt.

Step 3 :
      After CMD opened, type diskpart and press Enter button.

Step 4 :
      Type list disk  and press enter. It will list up your all connected memory storage devices.

Step 5 :
      Type select disk <the number of your Pen-drive showing after your Pen-drive name>
      Example : select disk 1.
 Note : Make sure you choose correct number from listed devices,If you choose wrong disk number then it will format that memory storage.So carefully choose your Pen-drive list number from above list.
Step 6 : 
     After that Type Clean and press enter button.

Step 7 : 
     After that Type create partition primary and hit enter button.

Step 8 :
     Type active and hit enter button.

Step 9 :
     Type select partition 1 and hit enter button.

Step 10 :
     Type format  fs=fat32 and press enter button.
     It will first format your Pen-drive and it will take hardly 5 min to successfully format that particular Pen-drive.After formatting completed you can see your memory or Pen-drive is now fixed and showing its actual size.
